my laptop diplay screen went off. I contacted hp. After paying the parts money to hp, the payment receipt sent to hp online. Hp sent the technician, and he found that wrong serial number product, and he said contact hp and report to original serial number. Contact hp and reply received from hp, on voice contact, saying no need pay with different invoice money, it will be done by hp. After severa; communication i am not received any support from india.  Kindly advise.

  • Confirm the repair order
  • Coordinate internally with the concerned HP team to resolve the mismatch and continue the service process
