HP Pen not working with Pavilion x360

Hello, I have a hp Pavilion x360 laptop, model 13-s003nl  and received an hp active pen (spen-hp-01) for christmass. The battery is full, but the pen has not worked once since I took it out of the package. Is it compatible with my laptop?

Is there something I can do to make it work?

Sorry, the pen is not compatible.

I do not find any active pen / stylus compatible with this computer / series.
