HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 series and
HP Rechargeable Active Pen G3.
I have checked all drivers and all software and everything is showing as 'up to date'. I'm sure this pen worked previously but now will not work to write or activate touch on the screen. I can use my finger or a stylus but not my HP Pen. The buttons on the pen function and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the pen. I've tried all the options I can see to fix this including trying to calibrate the screen (which you can't do for a pen if the pen doesn't work). Pen is fully charged and shows 100% in the menu.

As mentioned on page 27 of its manual, Your machine is compatible with the following pens (actually pen)
Zenvo Pen (natural silver with cable) part # L95614-001
Zenvo Pen (nightfall black with cable) part # L95615-001
You can order from : https://partsurfer.hp.com/?searchtext=L95614-001 or use part # to order elsewhere for example https://store.emprgroup.com.au/p-566840-l95614-001-sps-zenvo-pen-natural-silver-wcable.aspx

Hi BH
thanks for your reply.
I did look online to make sure the pen was compatible before I started this journey. I was told on the HP site that it was.
why would HP make a HP pen that was not compatible with a HP laptop I wonder?
looks like I will buy a new pen.
cheers

This forum is NOT a market place. I showed you one link . If you wish to buy directly from HP, please use

Why they have a lot of different MILKs ? Doctors may tell you to use this milk but not that. Well we wish : everything is ONE-SIZE-FIT-ALL
