HP Probook 450 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I need to replace a cracked screen on the HP Probook 450 G5.  How can I identify exactly the replacement screen that I need?  I see HP ProBook 450 G5 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide provides 2 spare part #'s for the laptop, a UWVA and a SVA. How do I determine which one is correct?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

So I have an additional question about the display resolution.  Part surfer is stating only HD (1366x768) resolution but I'm fairly certain the resolution was 1920x1080.  Is there any way its 1920x1080?
