HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dw0177ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've bought my HP Tilt Pen MPP 2.0 together with my Pavillion x360 Laptop.

In the beginning the pen worked fine, but after half a year it stopped working completely.

No button does anything, the cursor doesn't appear and I can't do anything with it.

I tried recharging it, but although the LED is white, it still doesn't work.

I also tried changing the tip of the pen, but that also doesn't solve the issue.

I also tried to contact customer service but the serial number on the packaging of the Pen doesn't find the pen.

If you have not done so, check / reload the HP Pen Control application

OR

If your computer is still in Warranty,

Try submitting your case to HP Support using the serial number of your computer.

OR

I will send a request for Review - should anything come of that request, the agent will contact you here before using other methods to contact you.

So checking/reloading or reinstalling the HP Pen Control application doesn't solve the issue.

My computer is not under warranty anymore, so a request for Review would be very helpful.

If you purchased the pen and the computer at the same time and the computer is no longer in Warranty, the pen is not likely in warranty either (same time frame).  Not sure about pens - one year hardware for "covered items" is typical for a standard device.

I will send the request for Review.

If anything comes of the request, the agent will contact you here before using other means to contact you.

Good Luck.
