I agree. I'm also using Windows 11. This is very annoying, but I do not think it would help if you were on Windows 10 either.  If you downloaded the 27.20.21003.11000 version of the Intel driver at the link below (last link) and it still does not work, try rolling back to the original drivers for your laptop.  You can find the HP drivers for the HP Spectre x360 - 15t-ch000 here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-15-ch000-x360-convertible-pc/16779588/mo...

Once you reinstalled the intel and AMD driver from HP's support site, try installing the 27.20.21003.11000 driver from the Intel support website. Only the 27.20.21003.11000 version works. I get an OpenGL error for the other versions.  But at least it's newer. You can find the Intel driver location at this link:

Good luck.

Thanks very much for that. I'm not sure I'm brave enough to give that a go LOL!

Wouldn't it just be easier for HP just to update the drivers for us? Or at least make the HP Support Assistant work again and do it that way? Do HP read these things? Probably not I'd imagine?

We got a generic unhelpful response from HP near the start of this thread post.   The HP Spectre 15-ch000 x360 uses a hybrid Intel/AMD GPU setup that is no longer produced.  While Intel is still updating generic drivers for this hybrid setup, it's not specific to this laptop, and HP does not want to put the effort into updating this bastardized setup.  The HP driver is 5 years old, unfortunately.

Absolutely unacceptable.

I was considering getting a HP laptop for my business, but this whole thing has left a very bitter taste. Surely it can't be that difficult for them to do?

Well, a little progress at least.  Thanks to the very helpful tech support at Chief Architect, I was able to at least update the Intel 630 part of the graphics to the latest driver.   Still can't get the AMD driver updated past version 27.  Anyway, the trick with the intel driver is you have to delete the HP driver so it reverts to a Microsoft basic driver, and then you can install the latest one.   It's all outlined here:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html

I tried doing the same deletion trick with the AMD driver, but it didn't work (error 182) and I ended up just having to reinstall the version 27 driver.

Hope this helps.

Yeah.  That's about as far as I got too. It's frustrating.
