HP Spectre x360 15-df1010na 4k
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a HP Spectre x360 15-4k 6 weeks ago and noticed that the right hand hinge does not look aligned properly, and is causing a small amount of rubbing when opening.

Obviously, this is causing some minor cosmetic damage to the aluminium chassis, but it appears to be affecting the connection now as I've started seeing some screen flicker.

The hinge looks fairly straight when open, but when opening from closed (clamshell) you can feel the rubbing, and I can feel a warp on the right hand side beneath the speaker, where presumably the strain from the friction is causing the frame to twist.

Not sure what to do, especially as its brand new!!! don't want to spend a fortune having to repair, as im not sure what the HP Care pack covers.
