HP Recommended

I am having the same problem!! It only started this morning for the first time and it is preventing me from being able to do ANY work. I have looked at the solutions, disabled the pen and the touch screen, re-booted, turned it off and back on and NOTHING is working!! I have also tried changing settings on the mouse sensitivity and that has not made any difference. Any help on this would be GREAT!! Thanks

I still have the issue from time to time.  What I hate is that I have not figured out what causes the issue.  When it happens, I shutdown my computer and start again since there is nothing else I can do.  NOT happy 😞
