I too have the scratch marks on my screen documented in the following cases:

x360 2022 Scratches on Screen from Design Flaw - HP Support Community - 8574393

I'm not sure how much help I can get at this point since it's no longer under warranty but this is definitely a product design flaw. I have bought 2 HP X360 in the past and loved them both which was why I was excited to get a new one. I started noticing the scratches but didn't think much of it but now it covers the entire top line of the screen. I can't believe how much I paid just to have a scratched screen. I probably won't be buying another.

Keyboard impressions are common for a a lot of OEM laptops, not just HP.

You might want to read this

However, instead of a "cover skin" you might just want to use a pair of thin spacer tabs or "bumpers" commonly used to suspend glass from the table surface.

I had to do that on an old laptop that the designers thought a red "nub" was better than touch pad.

That red dot put a terrible spot on the display.
