HP Chromebook x2 11 inch 11-da0000 (323K7AV)

I have an open case number since February 19th, 2023 but HP support has not responded.  My tablet is under warranty and receipt provided.

 

I need support as the pen that came with my tablet does not charge and needs replacement.  Please contact me and I will provide the case number.
