Ok, I made a (new) discovery. As I shared in my last post, unplugging the HDMI port helped. But that is not an acceptable situation.

So I did a little research and compared the settings, with HDMI and without.

For some inexplicable reason, the settings for the Hertz number on the monitors with DP cable change from 60 Hertz to 59.94 Hertz when I plug in the HDMI cable (and then flicker after a short time).

If I then manually set the hertz number back to 60 on all monitors, the problem seems to be solved.

Perhaps someone can verify whether the problem is related to the fact that the hertz number is set to 59.94.

Same issue after the latest firmware update from April.

I am connected via HDMI to a single screen (Lenovo).

Please fix this issue!!

Thanks.

The fix that worked for me is to fold the Yoga into tablet mode and connect the docking station.  Your screens should come up and then unfold back to laptop mode.
