I am trying to set up two Samsung S27D360 monitors to my HP Ultraslim docking station with my HP Elitebook folio 9470m laptop. I have one screen with a VGA cord and the other with a Display Port to HDMI cord and only one monitor seems to work at a time. I have hooked up each monitor with both cable options and they work perfectly with one Monitor but I can't seem to get both monitors to work at the same time to provide 3 screens (my laptop, monitor 1 and monitor 2). Any ideas? I have downloaded the recent driver for the docking station and still no luck. Appreciate any advice here.

Are you talking about the following dock ?

From the following information, the product is not compatible with your 9470m.

Thank you for the quick reply. Yes that is the docking station I have. I did find a driver that is supposed to fix the issue but aside from that I hooked up the 2 monitors directly to my laptop with the Display Port to HDMI Cable and VGA directly to my laptop without the dock station and the same thing happened? Any ideas here?
I am happy to buy another docking station that will allow 2 monitors with the laptop but struggling to find something that would work?
thank you so much.

Hi,
No idea because it is not compatible, simple like that.
I've few USB 3.0 docks in front of me right now and I know they support 3 monitors (2 external 1 one laptop screen). I use them daily (we have thousands around our deskes) and I published my tests on this forum early 2016. They are very similar specs to the following one
