Product: HP ZBook 15 G3 Base Model Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing a persistent issue with my HP ZBook 15 G3 Base Model Mobile Workstation. After waking the laptop from sleep mode, the screen remains black, even though I can hear the system running. Additionally, the screen occasionally goes black when I unplug the charger.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Updated the BIOS to the latest version.
- Adjusted all relevant settings under Power Options, including disabling Hybrid Sleep, Link State Power Management, and Fast Startup.
- Verified that all my graphics drivers are up to date.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
