Product: HP Envy Laptop Model 13-ah0001na

Hello,

 

An accident has occurred and cracked the glass touch screen as well as the mouse/touch-pad. The back case of the laptop has bent slightly too. With the laptop, we purchased  the "HP 3 Year Care Pack with Pickup and Return". Would that care pack take care of accidental damages and would they be able to fix it for me?

HP Care Pack is an exclusive extended warranty service plan which will cover faulty hardware and parts.
