Hello @Yellowelise
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
Recommendation and solution
You should downgrade to Windows 10 because Windows 11 has not been officially tested and released by <HP> and there are no drivers available.
Need help downgrading or reinstalling Windows 10 ?
Kind regards

Very disappointing I purchased this laptop and very shortly afterwards Win 11 came out and installed.
I should point out the camera was working in Windows 11 without any issues until recently.
Am I understanding that HP do not check /release drivers for any previously sold laptops?
I like Windows 11 and do not want to go back to Win 10.
will HP be updating at all, if not this is a poor show indeed.

Hello @Yellowelise
Do you know when the camera last worked? Please check the <Windows update history> to see what updates were installed before and after that date? Please send a screenshot.
Kind regards
