Hi ,
I have a notebook HP14-BW018NF installed from scratch on a new SSD with Windows 11 home V22H2 64 bits.
First I would say , Bios and drivers are latest up to date.
Diagnostic from HP don't find any problem on screen panel.
There's no bad contacts in connectors for display.
So my problem is I get randomly some clouds of points like if someone was powdering snow through display, points can be white or black, and disappear same way as they came. its like some display noise.
Sometimes also I get mouse and screen frozen few seconds and then it came back to normal life.
Except this ,everything is working fine and smoothly.
If you have some ideas what i could do, really appreciated

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop screen.

2) Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu is displayed, press the f10 to access the BIOS menu.
If the issue appears on the BIOS, there is an issue with the hardware.

Nothing is happening in BIOs like it do in windows, clouds of points never appears in BIOS.
For me advice to reinstall Win 11 Pro is no sense as the disk is freshly installed on a new SSD so what could be better after than now?
My ideas is more a conflict between drivers and hardware than other thing , but as I already said all that had to be updated it is
Do you have link for recent graphic card driver ? as the one on HP is from 2017
