Hey guys, if you guys are having an blue screen issue with this model. It may be a RAM issue. The processes are consuming excess ram which is why you guys are blue screening so often.
Solutions:
1 Ctrl+ Shift Esc (Task manager) Delete any processes taking to much ram, go to startup and change statuses to "disabled" for apps that do not need to run.
2 Also may want to try Why is My Ram Usage So High When Nothing is Running?
Ram pre allocation with this guide
3 If this does not work there was another post. Telling you to update driver and bios. Here https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/quot-THREAD-STUCK-IN-DEVICE-DRIVER-qu...
Hope this better answers an old question.
Last resort power of then on. Spam f2 button on keyboard for diagnostic menu 🙂
