Hey any time I press the brightness keys on my laptop, I get an error saying that a certain framework has not been installed in the system. How do I solve this issue?

Hi:

You have to install Net framework 3.5.

You can do that by going to the Windows control panel>programs>Turn Windows features on or off.

A window will open.  Check the first box listed to install Net Framework 3.5.
