How do I make a claim about my laptop when wanting to use my care package for accidental damage

I just bought the care pack for accidental damage repair and return today and after successfully getting it registered to my device. I accidently dropped it and there is side damage to my laptop I talked to an agent today and they told me to make a claim that way they can send it in and get it repaired but nothing has helped me so far... Is there anyone who knows how to make an online claim? I am just about to start college pretty soon and want to be able to use my laptop while I am over there.
