I have a new company laptop, the HP envy x360 15-ey0000, with windows 11.
The system has a IR Camera and should work with 'Windows Hello'. But whenever i try to set it up the programm gets stuck when it should detect my face. The camera is working as i can se myself, also i see the IR light flashing, but for some reason its just won't see / register my face.
I already tried removing the drivers and re-installing them, but without any luck.
I don't want to do a factory reset, as my company has setup this laptop.
Please help.
