HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2000 (8UY96AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought this laptop yesterday and all I can find in this laptop are issues... First its speakers are crackling and then i have just found out that its not going to sleep mode no matter if Power button is pressed or Lid is closed in both cases its not going to sleep mode.

My question is that should I get this replaced instead of getting repaired? Because I have just bought it yesterday

Hi @Anon01,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand your concern regarding your new Hp Spectre 13 notebook.  I would recommend you install the HP Support Assistant. Once it is installed update all the drivers shown on the list.

You may also use this link to directly download from the HP support website as well.

The main update we have to complete here would be BIOS and Audio drivers.

Once these updates are done, go ahead and restart your PC and then check how it works.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
