Ah that's annoying. Iv let mine run down and that hasn't worked. Haha that's very true. Il be buying a Samsung if I get one again I think. I'm done with HP!

I am having the same issues with my laptop and you mentioned do the Caps Lock blink yes mine does. Now what do you do in that situation.

Same problem. Too bad HP doesn't care or know how to solve a common problem of power button light flashing.  I guess I and others have a $200 door stop.
