So its been 6 months since i purchased this laptop and there were few scratches gradually developing on the screen . It was difficult for me to find it earlier cause i thought it was just some dirt on the screen . Later one day i tried to removed it but it didnt go and then i came to know it was actual scratches occuring because the display screen is touching the keybord and its a design flaw . I confirmed this issue by justing searching it over internet. Then i contacted hp support , they were so ready to deny that the issue was design flaw . They kept ignoring the fact that it was actually Hp's fault . After a chat they approved that an engineer will come and visit , who then came and agreed for display replacement but wasnt still convinced that its design flas .Then  They replaced my display with one with another specs i.e original was anti reflection display but changed with anti glare . The display was so bad i could see the difference just on the hp booting screen . More over when i was handed over my laptop the scratches were already there . Again i contacted hp demanding replacement of my laptop unit and elevated my case to customer relations team . They were arguing with me telling that the scratches were not design flaw . I litrally told her just google search hp spectre scratch issues and youll get to know if im lying . She told me its not her work to do 🙂. I was so disappointed by Hp support . Moreover i had to wait days after sending multiple emails ( around 7 ) to my case manager from the CRT team telling her to call me . She called me after a week .After a heated up talk she concluded that my display will be replaced again and if i get scratches again within 15 days my laptop will be replaced . Like why couldnt she tell this just earlier . Anyways then after 20 days of waiting finally my spare display arrived and technician came to replace , which then I found that they've sent the wrong display again 🙂 And iam trying to call my case manager from 2 days but she is just so busy . 

What is this hp support ? 

Are you really here to understand customers problems or make us understand your policy .

Very disappointed by hps support team 💔 .

I was so excited when i purchased my Spectre . 

Now when i see all i see it as a failure model and waste of money. 

Hope hp support starts understanding customer problems and stop making customers understand their policy.
