I am having trouble getting the drivers for hp m24 webcam ...NEED HELP !!!

I am having trouble getting the drivers for my new hp m24 webcam monitor for windows 7 OS. I am not sure why I cannot get it at all. is there another way for me to setup and hookup this monitor to my Toshiba Satellite L505 laptop. Someone out there please help me out.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... 

(1) Bad news: The HP drivers for [ HP M24 Webcam Monitor ] only support Windows 10 and 11 !

(2) But we can try to fix the problem.

Please send the Hardware ID of the "unknow webcam" multimedia device
