@BUGRA3, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Immediate Steps

Let the laptop cool completely (power off, unplug, let it sit for 30+ minutes).

Try booting into Safe Mode or BIOS to see if it still reboots:

If it reboots in BIOS, this suggests a hardware-level thermal problem.

If it only reboots under load (e.g., gaming), it’s a cooling or thermal configuration issue.

Thermal Management

Clean your vents and fans: Use compressed air or a technician.

Monitor temps using software.

Limit FPS or in-game settings to reduce CPU/GPU load.

Use a cooling pad or raise the laptop to improve airflow.

BIOS and Drivers

Update BIOS and firmware from the official HP Support Page.

Update your graphics drivers (NVIDIA/AMD + Intel if applicable).

Check HP Command Center or OMEN Gaming Hub to see thermal profiles.

If Problem Persists

If it's still rebooting:

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics (F2 at startup).

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
