I need graphics drivers for my intel chipset and intel programs are of no help.

I recently reinstalled windows 7 on my laptop and now I can't run any video games and the aero theme isn't working, when I used troubleshoot it said to update video card drivers. Now I downloaded Intel chipset drivers and installed it, it didn't help the case nor does it appear in the list of installed programs even though the installation was successful.

Please help me because I am not an IT guy by any means.

First install the Intel graphics driver and restart the PC.

Then install the AMD graphics driver and restart the PC.

Switchable graphics enable users to switchbetween a power-saving graphics mode (normally used under batterypower) and a high-performance graphics mode.

I think you also have to install Net Framework 4.0 for the switchable graphics to work correctly, so you may want to install that first.
