I am absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of customer care.  The screen of  my Envy x360 has INTERNAL fracture and discoloring.  There was absolutely no damage to the computer. The fracture is not on the surface. We purchased in October 2024 and defects should be covered.  They are giving me the run around!,  HP has had my laptop for several weeks and they want to charge me for their defect.  The customer service rep keeps reading from a script.  How can I get to talk to someone who actually makes decisions.
