Product: HP Stream Laptop model: 14-cb118ds

Hi all! My mother purchased an HP Stream laptop, model listed above, and I’m curious how to activate the touchscreen, if it is in fact capable of such... which google seems to think it is. I really would appreciate someone’s feedback, hopefully a few simple steps. Thanks so much!!

It DOES NOT have a touchscreen, only   14" diagonal HD SVA BrightView micro-edge WLED-backlit (1366 x 768) display.
