the hinges on my display have broke.

I was told by a "Geek Squad" Representative from Best Buy that there [edit] on my machine.

My Machine is a: Envy x360 Convertible 15m-bp0xx

Wondering if it is true.

 

Like to try an have the issue repaired.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Likewise, my computer screen hinge has come apart.  It is actually causing the screen case to break apart as well.  Would love to know if HP has a recall out for this.  I have seen several hinge complaints in just 5 minutes of searching.  All saying about the same thing.  At least HP replied to your issue.  Good luck.
