@Sazzad08, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Based on your image and description, it looks like your HP laptop screen has visible keyboard impressions, an issue caused by pressure when the laptop lid is closed.

Here's how to fix and prevent keyboard impressions:

Clean the Screen Gently

Use a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with a screen-safe cleaner:

  • Power off the laptop.
  • Gently wipe the screen in circular motions.
  • Avoid pressing hard to prevent further damage.

Use a Keyboard Cover or Screen Protector

To prevent future impressions:

  • Use a thin microfiber keyboard cover or screen protector.
  • HP or third-party accessories are available online or at electronics stores.

Avoid Closing the Lid with Pressure

  • Don’t place heavy items on the laptop lid.
  • Ensure nothing is left on the keyboard before closing.

Check for Permanent Damage

If the impressions don’t go away after cleaning:

  • It might be etching or pressure marks on the screen. In that case, please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you.
Kindly follow this link to locate the nearest HP service center: HP® Service Center Locator - India | HP® Support
(Select the country from the dropdown menu and enter the city name or pincode)

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
