Hello there. Here and 2 days I have noticed that the letters A S D are not typed on the screen, whenever I press them on the laptop's keyboard. All the other letters are normally typed and shown on the interface.
I have googled it with no success. I have changed the language's priority, I have re-installed keyboard's driver, I have turned off sticky etc keys from settings Also, I have run troumbleshhooter,I have restored my pc and I have made a new account to test.
Those letters just cant be typed at all.
Thet only thing I havent tested is to restore BIOS . I can get to the UEFI menu but I can't access the BIOS Menu with the F10 ( it is the key which should normally leads me to the menu ) . In my opinion this may be a bug and it is maybe connected with the problem I am facing with.

Hi @Denniskrem
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the keyboard issue.
Appreciate you trying the steps. Let's try these steps to test the hardware -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to Component test.
5) From the list, run the Keyboard test.
If the test fails, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the keyboard replacement.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
