I purchased a HP ENVY x360 laptop 1 yr and 9 months ago. The right hinge of the laptop is falling off and I am unable to close my laptop.
It has come to my attention that this is a common issue that HP deal with and I was wondering if you could come up with a solution to this problem. I have taken great care of my laptop hence why this issue has only occurred recently.
Not only that, I have upcoming online exams and I need this issue resolved before then as I am worried my laptop will break midway through my exam.
I hope we can up with a solution to this problem soon.

Hi @shelly2001,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
