Welcome to the HP Forums!

I have read your post and understand that your PC display seems to be skewed. I will definitely help you.

 

As per the specifications on your PC, it came with Windows 7.

But you have mentioned having Windows XP on your PC. If you have changed the operating system,

I recommend you o revert back to the original OS which was provided at the time of purchase.

This is to make sure that the issue is not caused by any hardware or software.

There are no drivers available for the XP operating system for you PC as well.
