Hi @Sarav2k2
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Touchpad issue.
Let's try these steps to try re-enable the device -
1.) Press Windows and R button together to open Run window. Type devmgmt.msc and then click on OK.
2.) Locate the Sound, video and game controllers category in the list.
3.) Click on the Action menu and select Add Legacy hardware.
4.) Click on Next to start the Add Hardware wizard.
5.) Select Search for and install hardware automatically (Recommended).
6.) If the wizard tells you it can’t find any new hardware, click Next.
7.) You should now see a list of hardware types. Scroll down until you see Mice and other pointing devices. Select it and click Next.
8.) Select the manufacturer and model of your touchpad, then click Next.
9.) Click Next to install the device, then when the installation is complete, click Finish.
10.) Expand the Mice and other pointing devices category, and right-click on your touchpad device. Click Enable in the pop up menu.
If the issue still persists, try these steps to update the computer -
Step 1 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please try testing the hardware -

3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to Component test.
5) From the list, run the Touchpad test.
Let me know.

This indicates a hardware issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
