Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone,

My laptop touchpad stop working. I tried many solutions which I listed below but the problem still persists

 

 1) I updated the driver of my touchpad from the device manager.

 2) I tried to change my setting of the touchpad, by going into the additional touchpad option.

3) I updated  BIOS setup. I downloaded it from the hp support website.

 

Done with all the above solutions but the problem not solved.

 

Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi@Rahul124, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

You have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

 

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
