HP Notebook - 15s-fq0008na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

When I purchased this HP Laptop I was of the opinion I can use the USB C port for displays as the advert suggested. I have seen this is not the case. I've always connected using HDMI, but recently I am needing two screens for my work and I wanted to connect with the USB C port but I keep getting errors

It shows Error 43 - And says the USB malfunctioned. I have tried to uninstall, reinstall etc but it gives me the same results.

Can someone please help advise what I need to do, I really need to use two screens.

Thank you
