Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
While I watched movies, it suddenly stopped and not active , cannot do anything after that

Does it power on at all? If so-immediately after pressing power button to turn on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.
