- My laptop display got deep scratches & keyboard is not working properly.once I start typing for every touch only numeric 2 is been adopting by the system.so whateve ever key I am usi g it's only coming"22222" inmy screen.what is the actual problem is it 8n display or in keyboard?But I just have replaced keyboard a month back from hp service center.
Can I get remote access support for this particular issue!!!how?Can anyone help me.

To test the Keyboard you can run a Keyboard Test
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
But if the screen has physical scratches, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options
