My new HP Envy 360 does not connect to the ARZOPA (A1)  portable (non-chargeable) monitor. I have the ability to connect three different ways, C to C, HDMI  to mini-HDMI, and A to C. Neither of the three connections are recognized by the external monitor. I get a message of "No Signal". However, when I connect the monitor to my old HP Envy, it connects automatically.
