@dongle_holder, Thanks for your quick response and time.
Since HP has not released any stylus for your particular laptop.
Also, since there is no HP logo or model on the stylus it cannot be an HP product.
It's a stylus compatibility issue with the laptop, please contact the vendor you purchased this product from and get it exchanged.
Take Care! 🙂

@dongle_holder, Thanks for your generous response and time.
Thanks for sharing the details.
I certainly seem to be an issue with the stylus as I had mentioned earlier.
Please contact HP phone support and get a replacement stylus.

Have a great day ahead! 🙂

Hey, I have the same problem!
I bought it in Middle east (emirates) , the model is ac000 and it's got the pen in the box. But it's so jittery that the text look very ugly! I have a vaio duo 11 and it's nice there. I have used both the HP pen in the box and Vaio Pen. It seems that it's a problem either with the HP driver or screen of HP spectre x360. It's very jittery!!!!!! I am a pro user, so don't give me it's not an original pen or whatever. I know what I'm taking about. FIX IT and give us the solution.

I can confirm that it was definitely a hardware problem. I found that the jitter would get much less if the brightness was decreased specially at the right hand side of the screen. It seems that some sort of the power supply system generated noise on the active stylus sensors. Anyway, I returned the unit. Got a 1TB replacement and paid the excess fee (mine was 512GB ac000 Middle East version) . It's working flawlessly now, well, still has got very minor jitters. But falls below the threshold that I can complain. much better now.
So if you have got a jittery spectre, return it and make HP give you something that actually works.
