Product: ProBook 450E
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a new ProBook 450e and a new E242 24" display. When I connect the display to the VGA port I have video on the monitor.
When I plug in the HDMI cable, my Notebook does not see the HDMI port.
I have updated the Graphics driver from the HP website. It uses an Intel display driver

This issue has now been resolved:
I installed the Intel driver from the CD that came with the monitor. I now have full functionality - I can clone or extend the display.
