OMEN 16 - lot's of trouble

Hi,

I've recently bought a OMEN 16 laptop

16GB ram

Ryzen 7 5800H

Radeon RX6600M

I mostly use Lightroom to process photography.

Laptop was second hand but in excellent condition.

It came with a fresh reset.

I was experiencing a lot of issue with Lightroom not crashing but becoming unresponsive, zoom no working, filters not working, cropping not working. Continuously have to switch off and on. In preference it says that there was issue with the graphic card.

I reinstalled everything:

- lightroom

- AMD drivers 

- AMD adrenaline software latest WHQL version

- OMEN gaming hub

I am not sure but I think lightroom works now but only time will tell if it start crashing again.

But now I have:

- screen display option grey out running at 1920x1020 instead of the 4k display I have

- crackling speaker 

Both are new issue following trying to reinstall all of the aboves.

I have no idea why is this so unstable.

Any suggestions?

For clarification I think when I had trouble I was running adrenalin version 25.9.2.

I have now installed the previous whql 25.9.1 version

Also my bios is AMI F.25 should I update to the F.26 Rev.A?
