I want to know if this Omen model of laptop comes with G-Sync display or not

I'm afraid this particular model of the Omen series does not support the G-Sync, you may click here for more details via the HP Service and Maintenance guide - Page. 1 & 2
(Model numbers: 15-dc1000~15-dc1999, 15t-dc100 Chapter 1 Product description)

 

There are certain models that support this hardware as shown in the below images:
