Well , that's why I said that it dontd show the configuration to enable g sync , can you see the image thar I sended before ?
Is this image right ? or just error of information that said it that does not have g sync ?
They advertised with a g sync panel Also de hp pdf that I have says that it have a g sync panel and also on YouTube thar They advertised , one people said it disappeared after updating bios
I need more right information

However, they need the serial number of the product, so they can verify if the product supports G-sync feature.

Thanks for your patience and I did check with the concerned team and they have shared a document related to this issue.
To solve the issue update the BIOS to Version: F.05.
Download the BIOS using this link. Click Here
