Hi I have a brand new laptop - a HP 14s fq1029au to replace my HP notebook 430 from many years ago which served me well.and still i had that laptop and quality of that laptop webcam is good This brand new HP notebook Laptop 14s fq1029au that I got, claims to have HD Webcam which sounds great but when I go on zoom its like looking at a camera quality from some android flip phone in the early 00's. The quality is pixelated, very low resolution, slow and fuzzy. It's not the lighting in the environment, and I have no other applications open. Even opening the camera app offline the quality is crappy. I know a HP Laptop isn't exactly designed to be a HD Camera, but I at least expected the quality to match that of the older model, and not be worse?! Is there ANYTHING I can do to stop webcam chats looking so completely dreadful?? Please help. Please don't send the standard virtual assistant solutions I have tried all of those! i had use a high speed internet great lightning condition but no change after update of webcame the problem had arise
