None of the information on the tilt pen works or is accurate, why are you asking for positive feedback on your response? I just go a BRAND new 2024 spectre and it thild pen does not work. It will charge and it will read the pen tip but I want the buttons to work. Non of the windows pen settings work with this pen. How can HP release a peice of hardware that does not work with its own computers? Has anyone found a solution for this? I contacted customer support and they are sending me a new pen but I also bought a back up TILT pen because it was on a great sale and I sometimes loose things so i wanted a back up. BOTH pens do not work as advertised. The buttons perform zero function. I need it for drawing and working on design programs and the right click button is an absolute necessity. Please, help us solve this issue.

Also, there is NO reset button on the pen. It is an HP pen, how can you agents not know this about the pen and even suggest this as a method to fix the pen. Have you held one in your hand? If so you would see that there is nothing on the pen but 2 buttons and a charging port. The lights do not even work as advertised. Mine shows charging but does not show low battery. I just have to guess and charge it every few days. I don't see a difference between this pen and a regular stylus.

Please help to fix this issue.
