Replace touchscreen with non touch screen

I am a tech who has been asked to replace a faulty touch screen with a non-touch screen.

The unit is an HP15-g067cl Touchsmart Notebook PC (Energy Star) Model # F9J1OUA with S/N: CND514073D

The touchscreen display is not displaying properly.

The owner would like us to replace the screen, but I do not know which non touch screen part#  would work in the above mentioned laptop.

Could anyone assist in identifying the correct part? Thank you for your time!

Hi,

As its name, it is a Touchsmart laptop therefore the whole series only has 2 options for screens and both are touchscreen

Panel

• 39.6-cm (15.6-in), high-definition (HD), light-emitting diode (LED), SVA BrightView (1366×768) display, flat 3.8 mm; typical brightness: 200 nits
• 39.6-cm (15.6-in), high-definition (HD), light-emitting diode (LED), SVA BrightView (1366×768) display, slim 3.2 mm; typical brightness: 200 nits (for eTP2 touch solution only)

Touch screen, multi-touch enabled

Now, you simply replace with a touchscreen and Disable this function from Devive Manage as shown

        

User can get back to touchscreen if he/she wish later.
