I hope this gets noticed. The community has been raising this issue quite a bit lately, and I have seen a few posts about the Victus laptop's hinge. Since this appeared to be a manufacturer's defect, is there any way for me to get it fixed outside of warranty?Screenshot 2024-02-13 131845.png

i have the same question except for my laptop is an Envy 360. It certainly does seem to be a manufacturer's defect as there are many posts about this issue. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem as if HP has been very responsive to their customers. I hope they can help with this matter. Makes me wonder if I will ever purchase another HP product again.
