Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (457S2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have had my HP Victus 16.1 gaming laptop for 1.3 years. When I recently cleaned my laptop, I have noticed a horizontal pattern scratch in the screen also some of the dotted scratches from the keyboard. It is caused by the opening and closing of the laptop, so it has to be a manufacturing defect, right? But my warranty period is over but due this is a manufacturing, so I hope to get some kind of assistance from the hp.
