I am extremely frustrated with HP and its pathetic service. It’s been just 10 days since I bought the laptop, and the screen has already started flickering.
Even when I pointed out the issue at the store, they didn't take it seriously and casually blamed it on some update. That was clearly just an excuse.
For the last 3 days, I’ve been trying nonstop to get help from HP Support on WhatsApp, but there has been zero resolution. Just endless automated replies and no real assistance.
This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any brand. I regret buying this laptop. I swear I will never buy any HP product again in my life.
